All goods are supplied on a commercial business to business contract.

All equipment is cleaned and fully tested to be working before sale.

Surplus Catering Equipment are not under any obligation to accept returns of unwanted or unsuitable goods.

We offer a 7 day return to base warranty. Should the item happen to develop a fault within 7 days of purchase buyer can return the item for a refund-unless otherwise clearly stated at time of purchase. 

Surplus Catering will not be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item.

In the event of a return the goods must be returned complete with all parts, components and accessories. You will be charged the cost of replacing any missing items.

All viewings and inspections are welcome in our shop.
